Karishma Tanna is the NEWEST 'naagin' on TV as she makes her fiction COMEBACK!

The actress signs a show after three and a half years.

Actress Karishma Tanna has been in the news for a long time, however, for her personal reasons. Her break-up with actor, Upen Patel became the talk of the town after the couple met and fell in love in 'Bigg Boss 8'. Adding fuel to the fire was a recent instance where the duo was spotted, having a showdown on the streets of Mumbai, in the late hours.

However, amidst all this hullabaloo, Karishma is also doing great on her work front where she is wowing one and all with her dance moves in 'Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa Season 9'.

And now the actress is all set and geared to be back in fiction space after over three and a half years.

Yes! That's right.

According to a leading news daily, Karishma will be entering the show 'Nagarjun - Ek Yoddha'. And she joins the 'seem-to-be-never-ending-brigade' of 'naagins' on television.

Karishma will be playing a 'naagin' in the show where she will be be the NEW antagonist coming to loggerheads with Astika (Nikitin Dheer), seeking revenge.

The actress mentioned that several people assumed that she would not be willing to do much of television, due to doing films and reality shows only. She also spoke of how she took up a role after three and a half years as she only wanted to perform substantial roles.

She also mentioned how the supernatural genre has developed major acceptance lately and she was intrigued by playing a 'naagin', which is something she would be attempting for the first time.

Welcome to the glam naagin club Karishma which currently consists of Mouni Roy-Adaa Khan in 'Naagin' and Priyal Gor in 'Ichhapyaari Naagin' with a recent entrant, Debina Bonnerjee in 'Santoshi Maa'.
