Kalki 2898 AD trailer is coming tomorrow. It is one of the most awaited movies of 2024 with its scale, star cast and theme. Kalki 2898 AD is a dystopian sci-fi action movie with an element of Indian mythological folklore. We know that Amitabh Bachchan is Ashwatthama while Prabhas is Bhairav. Today, we saw the poster of the stunning Deepika Padukone. It seems she is Padma in the movie. While the other posters had barren land in the backdrop, she is seen with rain. Netizens have concluded that she is the life that people need in the movie. Is she also a super warrior like Prabhas’ Bhairava?

Nag Ashwinsaid the comparisons are to happen because of the sand in the backdrop. In fact,some parts of Prabhas’ Saaho also looked inspired by Saaho as per some of his fans.It seems the character of Deepika Padukone is Padma. The role is that of awarrior trapped by Kamal Haasan. Disha Patani and Prabhas have filmed aromantic song for Kalki in Italy recently.  

The filmmaker of Kalki 2898 AD Nag Ashwin said that the movie does not have religious connotations. He said that the names used of the characters are not of Gods/Goddesses worshipped daily in Hindu homes. Nag Ashwin said there are some mythological references that resonate with people’s emotions. Kalki 2898 AD is bankrolled by Vyjayanthi Movies. The budget is of Rs 600 crores. Kalki 2898 AD makers used Bujji for the promotions of the movie. It is a futuristic car made by Anand Mahindra’s team for the same. Kalki 2898 AD’s Bujji is on an all-India  tour for the movie that comes in theatres on June 27, 2024.
