New Delhi, Jan 20 (IANS) Kader Khan is back after two years, but not with a movie - he will be seen on the small screen in a new comedy 'Hi! Padosi... Kaun Hai Doshi?' going on air Monday on Sahara One.
Directed by Sunil Prasad of 'Kumkum' fame, the new show is about two neighbours living on the same floor. While one is a Gujarati guy called Hansmukh Lal Mehta, the other is Harvansh Lal Mehta from Punjab.
As the name plates of both the neighbours carry the same initials i.e. H.L.Mehta, it often creates confusion for everyone.
'It's a comedy serial and I have tried to show how confusion creates trouble for a simple man,' Prasad said in a statement.
The star cast also includes Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sejal Shah, Giriraj Kabra, Muni Jha, Nilu Kohli, Govind Khatri, Gulfam Khan and Govind Bole.
Kader Khan was earlier seen on the small screen in 'Hasna Mat'.
