Juhi Chawla reveals why she signed one lakh rupees bond for Aryan Khan's release

Juhi Chawla and Shah Rukh Khan are two of the most adored actors of their generation. Fans have enjoyed watching them in movies, but they have an actual bond that proved when SRK and his family faced a difficult situation. In a recent interview with News 18, Juhi Chawla spoke about her bond with Shah Rukh Khan and how she came to sign a Rs 1 lakh bond for the release of his son Aryan Khan, who was arrested in a drug case. Juhi revealed that it was a tough time for the Khan family, and when the moment came for her to help, she believed it was the right thing to do. 

Despite not seeing SRK often these days, Juhi mentioned that her husband, Jay Mehta, is always in touch with him, and they keep in touch. Their friendship and support for each other in difficult times prove that their bond goes beyond just being co-stars on-screen.

Juhi said that they didn't know it was coming. But when all came down to that moment when she could help, she thought it was the right thing for her to do – to be there for him. 

Further talking about SRK, Juhi said she rarely gets to see Shah Rukh these days, but her husband Jay Mehta is constantly in touch with him. The actress said, "One will not believe, but I rarely get to see him. Jay is more in touch with him than I am. But yes, we do keep in touch."

Talking about her workfront,  she was last seen in the thriller series Hush Hush along with Soha Ali Khan, Kritika Kamra, Karishma Tanna and Shahana Goswami. The web series premiered on Prime Video. The actress also starred in 'Sharmaji Namkeen' with late actor Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal.
