Jhanak: Aniruddha suffers severe heart attack, and it's Jhanak, not Arshi, by his side

The plot takes a dramatic turn when Jhanak collapses, leading to the shocking discovery of a tumour that requires immediate surgery. In this tense moment, Aniruddha realises his deep love for her as he prays for her recovery. After a successful operation, he confesses his feelings, but Jhanak firmly rejects him, insisting she does not love him and wants him to leave, resulting in tears for both.

In the upcoming episode of Jhanak, Aniruddha will be rushed to the hospital unconscious, with Jhanak by his side. Desperately pleading for him to wake up, she begs him to regain consciousness as he is wheeled inside on a stretcher. Deeply worried, Jhanak becomes more distressed when Aniruddha fails to respond.

As he is taken into the hospital, Jhanak turns to Choton, anxiously asking why Aniruddha remains unresponsive. She continuously asks if he will recover, but Choton remains silent, unable to provide her with reassurance. Meanwhile, Aniruddha is seen receiving critical medical attention in the ICU.
