The doctor reveals that additional tests are needed to determine the status of Jhanak’s pregnancy. Based on her severe pain and preliminary results, it is suggested that the pregnancy may not be viable. The latest reports bring a startling discovery: Jhanak is not pregnant as initially believed; instead, she has a tumor in her abdomen that requires immediate surgery. This alarming news prompts Aditya to urgently contact Aniruddha, insisting he come to Mumbai quickly due to Jhanak’s worsening condition.

Aditya updates Aniruddha on Jhanak’s sudden health decline and hospitalization, urging him to travel to Mumbai without delay. Aniruddha, recalling Jhanak’s previous fainting episodes during the pre-wedding events, becomes deeply concerned and commits to arriving in Mumbai as soon as possible to be by her side.
