The agency had issued a new summons to Jacqueline in the Sukesh Chandrashekhar case a few days ago. She was supposed to appear before the investigating agency, but she had cancelled due to personal unavoidable circumstances.
She was later summoned to the ED's Delhi office on Monday, October 18th. Her statement will be recorded in connection with the investigation of alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekar and his partner Leena Paul in a money laundering case.
The investigating agency even summoned Nora Fatehi. Her team later issued a statement stating that she had been called as a witness in the case by the ED. "Nora Fatehi has been a victim in this case, and as a witness, she is cooperating with and assisting the officers in their investigation." "We would like to make it very clear that she has not been involved in any money laundering activity, that she does not know or have any personal connection with the accused, and that she has been called by ED to strictly assist with the investigation," her team said.
