It is not easy to work in two shows: Maira Dharti Mehra on juggling between 'Pandya Store' & 'Aashiqana 3'

Actress Maira Dharti Mehra has been having busy days. This is because the actress has been juggling between two shows for work. She is currently shooting for the Star Plus show 'Pandya Store' and the Hotstar series 'Aashiqana 3'.

Maira was last seen in the Hotstar series- Aashiqana 2. She is known for 'Sasuraal Genda Phool 2', 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai', 'Kumkum Bhagya', 'Tera Yaar Hun Mai', 'Shaadi Mubarak', among others.

Talking about the same, Maira says, "It is not easy to work in two shows, but it is definitely manageable. I try to give my best shot in the minimum takes. My biggest concern was that both the teams shouldn't suffer. And I feel lucky too, as both the production houses have been supporting my decision. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to work on projects which are of my own wish. Working on two projects at the same time, is surely a good thing for my graph."

Maira further adds,"Although it has been physically exhausting juggling between two shows, that is the life of an artist. But I like to keep myself busy and I am happy that I am working continuously."

While, in the show ‘Pandya Store', she is playing the role of a happy-go-lucky girl- Prerna, and in 'Aashiqana 3', a very serious character- Shivani. "Both my roles are completely different from each other, because in Pandya store, I have to be highly energetic and positive whereas in Aashiqana 3, my character Shivani doesn't speak too much as she is a conserved person. On one hand, for Prerna, I have to act like an utterly confident person, while Shivani has an under confident personality. She has a lot of crying scenes which are too serious and intense. I have to be extra careful while shooting now because I don’t want to mix the two characters," she says.
