It is 500 episodes and counting for Zee TV’s popular show - Meet

Zee TV's popular fiction show, Meet, has made a special place for itself in the audience's hearts, presenting the story of Meet Hooda (Ashi Singh), who questions societal norms of gender roles and proves that there’s no work or responsibility that a woman can’t take on! While Ashi Singh has been acing the role of Meet Hooda, and Shagun Pandey of Manmeet post the 1-year leap in the show, the new twists and turns are keeping viewers hooked on to their television screens.

While the whole cast and crew have been working round the clock to entertain their audience, with the show crossing an important of 500 episodes, they celebrated with a small cake-cutting ceremony on the sets of the show.

 Ashi Singh mentioned, “We've got overwhelming appreciation from the audience for our show. This milestone would not have been possible without their love and support. In fact, it seems like it was just yesterday when we started shooting for the show. I can't believe we have completed 500 episodes already.  Our viewers have shown us incredible love, especially towards our characters, and I hope that they will continue to shower us with love for a long time.”

Shagun Pandey mentioned, “My new character Manmeet is very different from Meet Ahalawat, and even after the leap, the fans have been sending in their love and support despite the character displaying shades of grey at the moment. I would like to express my gratitude to the makers of the show for giving me the privilege of working with such a talented team and I must add, this journey has been nothing short of incredible. I look forward to celebrating many such milestones in the near future. It is undoubtedly a surreal feeling for all of us.”

 While the team had a gala time as the show completed 500 episodes, a lot of drama in the forthcoming episodes of Meet is set to keep the viewers hooked on to their TV screens as Meet Hooda is now married to Manmeet! Will Meet be able to survive in the Sangwan family?
