Gorge Floyd’s death has started a revolution in the west and it has even alarmed the entire world. Individuals from several countries continue to raise their voices against the violence and racism inflicted upon people around the globe.
Now, even Bollywood celebrities have decided to speak up against the same after the entire world stands in solidarity to express their rage towards this ghastly act. They also joined the #blackouttuesday and posted an all black photo, literally putting their social media on mute.
However, Ishaan Khattar was trolled for standing in solidarity against the violence on Floyd.
After Isshan was seen speaking up through his social media handle, he was instantly targeted to criticism. A user sarcastically asked him why the actor didn’t speak up when Delhi police had bashed up university students.
To which the Dhadak actor calmly replied and mentioned that he doesn’t own any explanation to anyone and highlighted it is important to stand in support of the same. He also explained that instead of picking on someone, a person should stand in support.
Ishaan’s reply to the troller read, “Not that I owe you or anybody an explanation, but I did. Find somebody else to nitpick on. This is the time to show solidarity for the entire world as one, not to find faults in those who are doing it.”
