The legendary actor Irrfan Khan left all of us in 2020, but his son Babil Khan is now ready to carry forward his father’s legacy and entertain the audiences.
Irrfan’s son Babil Khan has bagged a film with director Shoojit Sircar and producer Ronnie Lahiri. Babil shared pictures on his Instagram handle and announced the good news as he wrote:
“Honoured to work with you legends (aye it's a shame we didn't take a picture together @zaynmarie).”

“Honoured to take forward your legacy Irrfan sir. Worked with a legend like you, and now Babil. If this is not Providence, what is it?”
Speaking to ETimes, Lahiri said that Babil bagged the role on the basis of the auditions he gave for the role, however it agrees that they see reflections of late Irrfan in his son.

Meanwhile, Babil Khan will be making his acting debut this year with the Netflix film titled ‘Qala’. The film also stars Bulbul fame Tripti Damri as the female lead.
