The festive season always brings families together, and this year the Kapoor khandaan made sure Ganesh Chaturthi was marked with love, laughter, and plenty of pictures. Kareena Kapoor Khan gave fans a peek into the family’s belated Ganpati celebrations on Sunday, and the photos instantly radiated warmth.

The celebrations were hosted at Randhir Kapoor’s home, where cousins and their better halves gathered to welcome Bappa in true family spirit. Kareena looked graceful in a classic white salwar suit, while sister Karisma stood out in a refreshing light green outfit. Adding to the charm, cousins Aadar Jain and Alekha Advani twinned in white, and Armaan Jain with wife Anissa Malhotra Jain chose soft pinks for the occasion.

One of the sweetest moments Kareena shared on Instagram Stories was the entire group posing together, all smiles and glowing in the festive vibe. Another picture captured their mother Babita Kapoor seated in the center, surrounded by her daughters and daughters-in-law, highlighting the generations of Kapoor women celebrating together. Karisma too posted snippets from the gathering, and Kareena couldn’t resist commenting under her sister’s photo with the most endearing words: “Best Girl in the whole world.”

The idol of Lord Ganesha was beautifully adorned with marigold flowers, adding the sacred yet cozy feel to the celebration. It wasn’t the first festive glimpse Kareena gave her followers this year. On Ganesh Chaturthi day, she had already melted hearts by posting a picture of her elder son Taimur offering prayers in front of their home altar. A small idol, candles, flowers, and even “Jeh” written near the setup made it all the more personal and endearing.

What stands out with the Kapoors is how they always find a way to come together for festivals, creating a sense of continuity and tradition in the family. Be it Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, or Ganpati, their get-togethers always carry that mix of glamour and homely love.

On the work front, Kareena has an exciting project lined up. She will soon be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Daayra alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran, a film that promises to be thought-provoking and socially relevant. Her last big outing was Singham Again, which hit theatres during Diwali last year.
