Indira Krishnan & Khatija Iqbal Join Star Plus’ Yeh Hai Chahatein

As we reported earlier, Star Plus’ popular show, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starring Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel will be going off-air soon. Meanwhile, following the spin-off trend, the makers have decided to launch a spin-off series titled Yeh Hai Chahatein.

Gathbandhan fame Abrar Qazi and Sargun Kaur Luthra from Tantra, have been roped to play the lead pair. Also, renowned actress Parul Chauhan has been finalised for playing the negative lead. Now, as per the latest reports, veteran actress Indira Krishnan, who is known for her role in Krishnadasi along with Jamai Raja 2.0 fame Khatija Iqbal have bagged meaty roles in the spin-off.

Besides, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s lead pair - Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi will be introducing the female lead of the upcoming show, Sargun Kaur. In an exclusive chat with India Forums, Karan also confirmed the news and revealed, "Yes, we have shot a promo with the female lead of Yeh Hai Chahatein but I can't reveal the details about the same."
