Talking about the same the actress said, ''Yes I have done a lot of negative things in the show. Right from shooting people to setting people on fire to even murdering people, I have done it all. But generally I do not carry anything back home with me. If it is a hectic day, then yes it gets tiresome, but no, I have never carried any negative traits into my personal life. Although, I do start behaving like Cheeni sometimes and then my friends remind me that I am Seerat and not Cheeni. I get a little sassy when I am behaving like Cheeni.''

We asked the actress about being subjected to hatred online for her character in the show and how does she deal with it all. To this Seerat said, ''I will not say that I have been subjected to a lot of hatred, I have been blessed in this case. Even if people have expressed their hatred, they have mostly mentioned how they hate what Cheeni does but at the same time, they love my performance. So then I realise that our audience is very intelligent. But then there are people who dislike what Cheeni ahs been doing to Imlie and they get angry. However, in this case I feel that I am proving my point, my character's point.''
