In a recent social media showdown, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, son of Bollywood icon Anil Kapoor, found himself in the crosshairs of some Twitter users. While passionately tweeting about his favorite football team, Manchester United, Harsh faced criticism from a few netizens who accused him of flaunting his privilege.
One user took a dig at Harsh's filmography, suggesting that he should focus on making good movies instead of relying on his father's wealth to indulge in luxury items like sneakers. The troll wrote,
“Do a decent film, how long would you buy sneakers off your father's money.”
Harsh didn't take the comment lying down and swiftly responded, pointing out his own body of work, which includes notable films like "Ray," "Thar," "Bhavesh Joshi," and "Ak vs Ak," along with his debut project, "Mirzya."
In his sharp retort, Harsh questioned the troll's credibility in the film industry and dismissed them as an "irrelevant loser" who harbors bitterness on Twitter. Responding to the troll, Harsh wrote,
“Where can I watch your films? How many have you done? I’ve done Ray, Thar, Bhavesh Joshi, and Ak vs Ak, Mirzya… Who are you? An irrelevant loser who’s bitter on Twitter who started supporting City once they got rich with Arab money…”
Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor comes from a distinguished Bollywood lineage, being the son of Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor. He stepped into the limelight with his acting debut in "Mirzya" in 2016 and has since garnered praise for his performances in movies like "Bhavesh Joshi Superhero" and "Thar," where he starred alongside his father.
