Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Thakkar family accuses Savi of kidnapping Sai

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode begins with a waiter accidentally colliding with Rajat (Hitesh Bhardwaj), causing Rajat to spill alcohol on his suit. Harsh reprimands the waiter and directs him to leave. He then gives Rajat directions to the washroom, which is located next to Harsh and Ashika's room. Rajat heads off to clean himself up. Meanwhile, Harsh reflects on the proximity of the washroom to his room.

Elsewhere, Milind and Harini are preparing to leave for the temple, where Savi's (Bhavika Sharma) engagement is taking place. Milind inquires if Harini has packed the cash envelope, and she confirms she has. Harini reminds Milind that Urmila mentioned she would be the only one from their family to present an envelope at the engagement. Milind suggests they discreetly give the envelope to Savi despite what was said.

Savi rushes Sai to the hospital:

Savi feels uneasy about Sai. She notices Shantanu and Isha are ready to head to the temple, and Isha urges Savi to get ready as well. Savi agrees and prepares herself. Rajat enters Harsh and Ashika's room, sees a photo of Ashika, and, in a fit of rage, shatters the frame. Aman arrives and ushers Rajat away. Meanwhile, a makeup artist helps Savi get ready, and she decides to check on Sai before leaving for the temple. However, she hesitates as it's only 3 AM. Aman drops Rajat off at his home.

Upon returning home, Rajat encounters Savi outside and accuses her of trying to enter his house for money. He offers her money, which infuriates Savi, and she slaps him. Rajat, in his intoxicated state, collapses onto Savi. She then brings him inside and lays him on the sofa. Savi hears Sai calling out for her mother while asleep. She rushes to Sai and discovers foam in her mouth. Panicked, Savi tries to wake Mamta but fails, so she takes Sai to the hospital. At the hospital, Savi urgently requests a senior doctor but is told none are available. She argues with the staff until a doctor arrives to check on Sai.

The Thakkar family accuses Savi:

The doctor asks Savi what happened, and she explains that Sai ingested adult cough syrup, but she doesn't know the amount. The doctor criticises Savi for her carelessness, mistaking her for Sai's mother. Savi tries to call Rajat, but he doesn't answer as he is still asleep. She calls his landline, but Bhagyasree answers and Savi hangs up before speaking to her as the doctor calls her back.

The doctor informs Savi that an emergency procedure is necessary and asks her to sign a consent form. Meanwhile, Bhagyasree notices Sai is missing and wakes up Mamta, who is unaware of Sai's whereabouts. Alarmed, Bhagyasree wakes the entire household and reveals Sai's absence, prompting a search.

Savi calls Rajat's landline again, and this time Mamta answers. Savi explains that Sai drank adult cough syrup, and she has taken her to the hospital, urging them to come quickly. Mamta recalls giving Sai the cough syrup. Rajat finds Savi's ring in his house, and Lucky informs the family that the watchman saw Savi taking Sai away. The Thakkar family jumps to the conclusion that Savi has kidnapped Sai.
