Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Judge issues stern warning to Ashika over custody manipulation schemes

In tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode, Rajat overhears Jigar making threatening remarks to Tapsee over the phone. Shocked by the revelation, Rajat realises he never expected his sister's husband to be so immoral. Determined to gather evidence against Jigar, he vows to remove him from both Tara's life and their home. As Rajat hurries away, his phone rings and Jigar becomes suspicious. Rajat answers Aman's call, who shares some startling news.

Meanwhile, Savi returns from a shopping trip with Isha, who remarks that Savi's mood would be lifted by visiting a bookstore and encourages her to read more. As they walk, Savi notices Bhagyashree struggling with heavy grocery bags and, mindful of Bhagyashree's asthma, decides to help. 

Bhagyashree humiliates Savi:

Despite Isha's warning that Bhagyashree would humiliate her, Savi ignores the advice and offers assistance. As expected, Bhagyashree berates Savi, scolding her for daring to touch her belongings. Isha steps in, reminding Savi that she should not help those who don't deserve it. This sparks a heated argument, with Bhagyashree hurling insults at Savi, while Isha retaliates with strong responses. Neighbours gather to witness the scene, and one tries to calm Bhagyashree, warning her that everyone is watching. Undeterred, Bhagyashree threatens to evict Savi and Isha from the society, to which Isha counters by saying she will have Bhagyashree and her son-in-law kicked out instead.

Savi intervenes, pulling Isha away from the confrontation. Bhagyashree, however, issues a stern warning to Isha, telling her not to speak ill of her son-in-law. Jigar watches the exchange from a distance, reassured that Bhagyashree's protection shields him for now. As a crowd gathers, Tara arrives and scolds her mother for airing their family issues in public, storming off in frustration.

Ashika arrives at the Thakkars:

Bhagyashree tries to explain her side to Tara, but Tara refuses to listen. At the same time, Ashika and a court representative arrive at Rajat's house for an inspection. They ask Rajat about Savi, mentioning rumours that Savi doesn't live with them. Rajat denies this, insisting Savi lives there. Just then, Savi walks out with Poha and Alu Vadi, pretending she's been staying there, and offers the food to Ashika and the judge. Ashika accuses them of putting on an act and suggests that the neighbors could reveal the truth.

Savi and Rajat defend themselves, arguing that involving the neighbours would jeopardise their daughter's future. Ashika mocks their performance, suggesting they should join the theatre. The judge reprimands Ashika, reminding her that the purpose of the visit is to resolve the matter, not create more drama. The judge then questions Rajat and Savi, wondering why they are so concerned about the neighbours' opinions if they have nothing to hide. She warns that if she finds out Sai isn't being raised in a healthy environment, she will have no choice but to grant custody to her biological mother.

Ashika's plan fails:

The judge calls in the neighbours for questioning, but to Rajat and Savi's relief, the neighbours speak highly of their relationship, praising them as ideal parents. The judge apologises for the accusations, acknowledging the family's love and care for Sai. Sai, overhearing the conversation, brings a drawing she made and shyly shows it to the judge, asking if she will be sent away with Ashika. When the judge reassures her, Sai expresses her gratitude, saying she loves her family and that they all care deeply for each other. The judge sternly warns Ashika never to attempt such a ploy again, threatening legal consequences if she does.

Once the judge and Ashika leave, Jigar approaches Rajat, suggesting that it might be best for him to leave the house to avoid further damage to the family's reputation. Tara and Bhagyashree plead with Rajat to convince Jigar to stay. Rajat goes to speak with him and notices Jigar's phone lying unattended. Seizing the opportunity, Rajat discreetly swaps Jigar's phone with an identical model.
