Anupamaa: Adhya comes to pick up Anupama and Ansh; will Anupama recognise her?

Star Plus' Anupamaa continues to enthral audiences, consistently topping the TRP charts with its compelling blend of emotional storytelling and family dynamics. The series recently underwent a generational leap, shifting the narrative several years into the future, focusing on Anupama and the Shah family in Ahmedabad.

Anupama now resides with the Shah family as her grandchildren have grown. However, Kinjal, who was once a staunch supporter of Anupama, now treats her harshly. Despite this, Anupama remains hopeful about reuniting with Anuj and her daughter, Adhya. Meanwhile, Adhya, who harbours resentment toward her mother, has adopted a new identity as Rahi and lives in an orphanage in Dwarka. She works as a tour guide to earn money and support the children at the orphanage.

In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, Anupama sets out for Dwarka with Ansh, hopeful for a reunion with Adhya. She has arranged their stay at an orphanage ashram where Adhya currently resides. Although their paths narrowly missed crossing during the booking process, their chances of reuniting are now high. The staff instructed Anupama to send her arrival details so they could send someone to pick them up and that someone happens to be Adhya, who is unaware of their identities.

On her way to the bus stop, Adhya accidentally bumps into Prem, causing his phone to fall into the water. Frustrated, Prem tells her to retrieve his phone. Adhya returns the phone to him, only to realise that in the process, she has soaked all her belongings in her bag, including her own phone. Regretting her decision to jump into the water without taking her bag, she feels a sense of loss.

Meanwhile, Anupama and Ansh arrive at the bus stop, waiting for someone to pick them up. Adhya is anxious about finding the lady in the bustling bus stop and blames Prem for the mishap. Ansh reminds Anupama that Mr. Vyas mentioned someone would be coming to get them, and she reassures him that they just need to wait. As Adhya arrives and starts searching for the lady, Anupama is also present nearby. They stand just a short distance apart, raising the suspenseful question: will Anupama recognise Adhya?
