Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Ashika's efforts to upset Savi backfire as she gives a sharp response

In tonight's episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Arsh confronts Rajat. Arsh inquires if Sai has left for home, only to be met with Rajat's furious response. Rajat enraged, grabs Arsh's collar and warns him to never mention Sai's name again. Arsh retorts, asserting that Sai is his daughter, not Rajat's, and threatens to make Rajat suffer over Sai. He reveals that his feelings toward children have changed because of Sai and declares that Kian already views him as a father. 

Ashika drops Savi home:

Arsh ominously predicts that Sai will soon see him as her real father, rendering Rajat a failure who will lose Sai to him. As they pose for a photograph for the newspaper, Rajat storms off, venting his frustration on his driver before leaving.

Meanwhile, Ashika questions Arsh about his confrontation with Rajat. Arsh explains that he revealed a painful truth from six years ago to exacerbate Rajat's suffering, intending to make Rajat feel anguish every time Sai is mentioned. Savi searches for Rajat, only to learn from the watchman that Rajat has already left. Ashika seizes the opportunity to criticize Rajat, and despite Savi's reluctance, she insists on dropping her home.

Ashika confronts Savi:

At home, Tara brings Sai back and is questioned about Rajat and Pari mamma. Tara mentions that they stayed for a dance performance, but Sai continues to inquire. Tara puts Sai to bed and leaves. Rajat returns home drunk and is met by Sai. Although he initially lifts her, he becomes disheartened by Arsh's taunts and his own painful memories of Sai calling Arsh her father. Rajat, overwhelmed, lets Sai down.

Ashika drops Savi off and insinuates that Rajat still harbours feelings for her, suggesting that his animosity is a facade. She notes that Rajat avoids looking at Sai because the mole on Sai’s face reminds him of her and their past. Ashika also expresses sympathy for Savi, suggesting that she is stuck with someone who still harbors feelings for his ex-wife instead of for her. Savi dismisses Ashika's claims, asserting that she married Rajat for Sai and has no interest in Rajat. She questions why Rajat would still love Ashika if he left her, noting that she has never heard him speak of Ashika. She tells Ashika to stop clinging to false hopes. When Arsh joins the conversation and inquires about their discussion, Savi explains that Ashika was expressing her feelings for him. Arsh expresses his gratitude to Ashika while Savi bids them farewell.

Rajat misbehaves with Sai:

Sai asks Rajat about Savi's whereabouts. In frustration, Rajat pushes her away, prompting Savi to intervene and comfort Sai. Savi scolds Rajat for harming Sai, and Rajat defends himself, claiming it was accidental. Savi reprimands him for his drunken behaviour and warns him that if he ever mistreats Sai again, she will retaliate. She then focuses on cheering up Sai.

The following morning, Rajat, haunted by the previous night's events, rushes to Sai's room. Seeing her asleep, he attempts to kiss her but halts when he notices her lip mole and remembers Arsh's taunts. Savi enters, demands he stay away from Sai, and questions why he hasn't learned from last night's chaos. Their argument ensues, with Savi insisting he cleans himself before interacting with Sai. As Sai wakes up, Savi attends to her.

Ibn the precap, Sai wonders why she has a talent for singing while Rajat and Ashika do not, mentioning that Arsh said children inherit such traits from their parents. Rajat, puzzled by the question, is left to ponder its implications.
