Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode begins with Sai (Saisha) slapping herself due to mosquito bites. Concerned, her nanny closes the windows and offers to light a mosquito coil, but Saisha declines, citing health concerns raised by Savi (Bhavika Sharma). Instead, she asks for a proper mosquito racket, which the nanny does not have. Saisha then asks the nanny to call Rajat for help. Rajat, who is on his way home, agrees to bring the right racket after Saisha expresses her desire to stay with him and Savi.
Later, Rajat arrives at Ashika's house with the mosquito racket. The nanny opens the door and informs him that Saisha is already asleep. She offers to let him see Saisha, and he agrees.
Ashika accuses Rajat:
As they enter Sai's room, Rajat is overwhelmed with emotion, reminiscing about his time with Sai. He then asks the nanny to take good care of his daughter. Just as he is about to leave Harsh's house, Harsh intercepts him. Harsh mentions that he heard Rajat is getting married and hopes this new marriage won't end the same way his marriage with Ashika did. He provocatively asks Rajat if he came to check on his new wife at their place. Rajat sharply rebukes him. Harsh asserts that Rajat shouldn't come to his house without permission, to which Rajat retorts that Harsh had destroyed his home without his consent, so he doesn't need Harsh's permission for anything.
Ashika then arrives and questions whether Rajat has barged into their home. Rajat informs her that he's getting married, and Ashika responds indifferently. Rajat goes on to confess that he still misses her and even suggests that they give their relationship another chance. Harsh, witnessing this, reminds Rajat that Ashika is now his girlfriend, not Rajat's wife. Ashika tells Harsh to leave Rajat alone since he is drunk.
Rajat confronts Ashika and Harsh:
Rajat smirks, remarking that it's easy to deceive her with sweet talk. He bitterly states that love has left his life, and it's Ashika who taught him that money can buy anything. He declares that he could never want her back in his life. Ashika attempts to argue, but Rajat cuts her off, explaining that he only came to see his daughter, who was being troubled by mosquitoes. When Ashika offers to check on Sai, Rajat dismisses her concern as fake and asserts that as long as he's alive, nothing will harm his daughter.
Rajat then turns to Harsh, questioning his interest in his second marriage. He teases them, asking if they're curious about who he's marrying. Ashika, intrigued, asks for the name. Rajat declares that he's marrying someone far better than Ashika, someone who will become a true mother to his daughter, unlike Ashika. With that, he leaves, leaving Ashika wondering about his future bride. Outside, Rajat asks his driver if people speak the truth when they're drunk. The driver affirms that they do. Rajat then admits that he lied about Savi, musing over it.
The Thakkar refuses to eat at the Bhosale:
The following day, Savi observes the preparations for her engagement. She offers to help, but Isha gently refuses, insisting that Savi should just enjoy herself. Isha feeds Savi her favourite modak, bringing Savi to tears. Isha encourages her to wipe away her tears, promising that today, Savi will only smile. Isha adds that she plans to make Bhagyasree cry, making a playful remark about it.
When the doorbell rings, Isha answers it, only to find Bhagyasree leaning against the wall, asleep, with her finger still pressing the doorbell. Raju greets Isha and sends the other family members inside. Isha then wakes Bhagyasree and invites her into the house.
As the Bhosale family gathers, they notice that the Thakkar family is drowsy. The Thakkars claim they've been awake all night doing a pooja, but the Bhosles suspect they were actually up all night playing cards. Raju goes to fetch Rajat, who hasn't yet arrived with the group. Meanwhile, Shantanu asks Mrunamyi to prepare tea for everyone, and she agrees.
After drinking tea, the Thakkar family finally shakes off their sleepiness and starts to converse normally. Janaki whispers to her husband that they can't eat the food here because the Bhosales, being Marathi, likely use the same utensils for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, which doesn't align with their dietary preferences. Janaki and her husband inform the Bhosale family that they can't partake in the meal.
