FINALLY! The male lead of Ekta's K3G remake 'Dil Hi Toh Hai' has been CONFIRMED

Ekta Kapoor's talk-of-the-town project Dil Hi Toh Hai, which is Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham's remake has finally hit full throttle as a major chunk of the cast has been finalised.

We already know about Bijay Anand apparently playing Amitabh Bachchan's character and there have been many names tossing up for the female lead too (including Erica Fernandes).

Bur after all this while and a long wait, the male lead of the show has now been finalised.

And according to a leading news daily, that would be none other than actor, Omkar Kapoor.

Omkar is best known for playing one of the leads in the superhit film, Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 and was recently seen in a web show as well. But this will be Omkar's television debut and he will play the male lead in the show.

His character will be called Ritwik Noon, an ambitious guy who is also a real charmer.

The actor mentioned how he is extremely excited to make his TV debut and that too in an Ekta Kapoor show.
