All good things come to an end and so will the #FawadFestival presented by Zindagi, as it reaches its finale this Sunday. Spend an entire day watching Fawad Khan, as the poignant Wali Bakht in back to back episodes of Numm on 7th August 2016.
Fawad's character Wali in the show is entangled in age-old customs that affect him and his relationships. Wali tries to break the barriers of old traditions and rebels in his own quiet way when forced to abide by the decisions made by his grandfather. What not many people know, however, is that like Wali, Fawad too was quite a rebel in his youth, especially during his college days.
Talking about his teenage days, Fawad Khan said, "I was an angry young man, a rebel without a cause and I channelised my emotions into my music. I felt that I could actually make a difference, set new trends and send out messages that departed from the usual romantic ones."
Numm is a story of family, love, politics, feudal rituals and customs. The story shows the impact of strict customs and rituals of the feudal world on the inter-personal relationship of the three main characters, Wali (Fawad Khan), Mahjabeen (Sania Saeed) and Neelam (Kanza Wayne).

I love Fawad, but the show was awful. With a good concept, but the team totally failed in its execution and didn't know how to treat it. The OST was amazing though.
