#EXCLUSIVE: Gul Khan RESPONDS to rumours of 'Qubool Hai' Season 2!

Rumour has it that the makers are all set to return with a second season.

Rumours are rife that Zee TV's Qubool Hai will soon be returning to the television screens with a season 2. As per these rumours, producer, Gul Khan wanted to revive the magic that this epic show created.

Qubool Hai's story was set against a Muslim backdrop and was an instant hit with the masses when the show was launched in 2012, with Karan Singh Grover and Surbhi Jyoti in the leads. Eventually, Karan quit but Surbhi went on to be a part of 4 consecutive seasons of the show, till it went off-air in January 2016.

With the buzz about the show coming back, we contacted the producer, Gul Khan who told us, "No, nothing like that is happening."

We also quizzed her if she had any such plans in the near future to which she said, "Not at all. Zee doesn't want to do their old brands."

Well, if this idea was to materialise and take shape eventually, it would have been a treat for the Qubool Hai fans!

no no hell no, Gul stay the hell away from QH, let my memories of the old stay beautiful. she already ruin it the first time, let's not allowed her to ruin it again. please no remake of QH.

I am all for it as I want closure for Asad (Karan) and Zoya (Surabhi). Make a finite series and give happy ending to Asad and Zoya and fans. Pretty please...

Guys don't get high hopes on GK. If by God Grace she start QH 2 then it will make the season 1 name karab. Both ksg and SJ deserved better show then rewinding and making crap of the old show.

Don't request guys if you don't want to see some shit in name of show. And zee has brain not wanting to rewind old show unlike SP for trp greed

The only good show 4lions has made till date is - O gujariya rest all shows like arjun, geet, IPKKND, qubool hai are SUPER - CRAP to say the least...THUMBS DOWN
