Karan Johar has responded to Divya Khosla Kumar’s harsh comments on Alia Bhatt's film 'Jigra,' as their ongoing feud continues. Divya Khossla took to Instagram, criticizing 'Jigra' by sharing a picture of an empty cinema hall, suggesting the film isn't attracting viewers. Karan reacted with a cryptic social media post, hinting at the situation without directly addressing her.
After Divya's remarks, Karan shared an Instagram post that said, “Silence is the best speech you will ever give to fools.” While he didn’t mention anyone, the timing made it seem like it was aimed at Divya’s comments about Alia.
Divya Khossla had posted on Instagram, “Truth will always offend fools opposed to it.” She followed it with another story saying, “When you are shamelessly accustomed to stealing what rightfully belongs to others, you will always seek shelter in silence. You will have no voice no spine.”
For those who don’t know, Divya had also earlier posted, “Went to Citi Mall PVR for a 'Jigra' show. Theatre was totally empty... all theaters going empty everywhere. #Aliabhatt me sach mein Bahut #Jigra hai... khud hi tickets karide aur fake collections announce kar diye. Wonder why paid media is silent. #weshdnotfooltheaudience #truthoverlies #HappyDussehra.” She implied Alia might be inflating 'Jigra's box office numbers by purchasing tickets herself.
The ongoing tension between the actresses isn't new. Divya had previously addressed media questions about the similarities between 'Savi' and 'Jigra' due to their jailbreak themes. She explained, “Our film is about a simple housewife breaking her husband out of prison. Even if 'Jigra' is similar, every film has its own journey.”
Despite the comparisons, Divya expressed pride in 'Savi,' noting its international success and believing it stands out independently.

Also, BTW, JIgra was not inspired by Savi, but you are the one to copy from Dharma production's Gumrah starring Sanjay Dutt and Sridevi.

Ms confused kumar, Savi's lifetime total BO was less than 8 cr in India, Jigra already has 11 plus in the opening weekend, so, is your maths this bad? Was you math teacher a fly??? Also, how can you even compare yourself to Alia? You must be joking right?
