The stunning diva and National crush - Disha Patani is known to knock her fans cold with sizzling and spicy pictures. Although the actress has never constricted herself to the aesthetic beauty instead she has also taken up MMA (mixed martial arts) training. While the contemporary cinema calls for unadulterated action sequences, it gets difficult for the female stars to comprehend these scenes due to the lack of training and availability of female stunt doubles in the tinsel town.
The Bharat star never faces-off from making a jump or performing a somersault on loop. However, performing stunts has its own drawbacks as the actors always exposed to the constant danger of suffering from serious injuries.

Meanwhile, in a recent interaction with Mid-Day, Disha revealed that once she was injured while training on concrete floors and had sustained a hit to her head. This resulted in memory loss for 6 months. Yes, the Bharat star opened about the same and mentioned that she lost out on time in those months.
Disha said, “I lost six months of my life because I couldn't remember anything.” But as she went on with her gymnastics and MMA, Disha’s approach never changed. She mentioned that breaking bones is a part of the process. Bharat star mentioned, “When I am not shooting, I alternate between practicing gymnastics and MMA in the week. MMA is relatively easier. But for gymnastics, you have to be both, consistent and brave. It has taken me a while to reach where I am. You have to do it every day. Only when you break your bones and knees do you reach somewhere.”

Now, she will be seen in Mohit Suri’s Malang along with Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor, and Kunal Kemmu. The film is slated to release on Valentine’s Day 2020.
