Diljit Dosanjh apologizes to fans for ticket scams at Jaipur concert

Diljit Dosanjh, who rocked the stage in Jaipur on Sunday for his Dil-Luminati Tour, publicly apologized to fans impacted by a ticket scam. At the concert on November 3, Diljit directly spoke to the massive crowd, recognizing the problem and expressing remorse for those tricked by the ticketing fraud.
According to India Today, speaking from the stage, Diljit Dosanjh said, "If anyone has fallen victim to a ticketing scam, I apologise to that person. We have not done this. Authorities are currently investigating the matter". During the concert on November 3 in Jaipur as part of his Dil-Luminati Tour, Diljit Dosanjh not only apologized for the ticket scam but also cautioned his fans to be cautious, advising them to "stay away from those involved in the scam."
Before the gig at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) in Sitapura, the Jaipur Police issued a cautionary advisory alerting concert-goers to be wary of fake ticket scams linked to the event.
"SCAM ALERT!! Beware of fake tickets! Only valid tickets will be valid for entry into Diljit Dosanjh's concert. Only tickets sold by Zomato Live and Scope Entertainment are valid; all others are illegal," a post by Jaipur Police on X said. "Entry will not be granted with fake tickets. Beware of fake ticket sellers and stay away from unauthorised buying and selling," it added.
Diljit went on a tour of Europe, entertaining audiences in cities like Paris, London, Dublin, and Amsterdam this year. In April, he achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first Punjabi artist to perform at Vancouver's BC Place Stadium and the first Indian artist to grace the cover of Billboard Canada.
