Directed by the talented Vikramaditya MotwaneCTRL is produced by Nikhil Dwivedi and Arya A Menon under Saffron and Andolan productions, in association with Travelin Bone. The film is co-written by Motwane and Avinash Sampath, with dialogues penned by comedian and writer Sumukhi Suresh. It marks the second on-screen collaboration between Ananya Panday and Vihaan Samat after Call Me Bae, making it one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

Talking about the film, Motwane shared, “CTRL has been a truly unique experience. We’ve embraced the ‘screen life’ format, telling the story in a way that feels both immersive and voyeuristic, reflecting how deeply technology intertwines with our lives. Working with Netflix has allowed us to bring this to a global audience.”

Ananya Panday also expressed her excitement, saying, “Nella is a character so many of us can relate to—caught between our digital personas and who we really are. CTRL dives into this complex relationship with technology and social media.”

CTRL will premiere on Netflix on October 4, 2024. Fans are eagerly awaiting what is shaping up to be a thrilling ride into the dangers of digital life.
