The saga surrounding allegedly copying the story when it comes to Janhit Mein Jaari continues to even further. Writer Jeetendra Gianchandani has claimed that writer, director and producer Raaj Shaandaliyaa has copied the concept and story of the latter's film, Janhit Mein Jaari from a script that belonged to him.
And as this allegation takes centre stage, Shaandaliyaa has reacted and rubbished the allegations entirely.
Gianchandani has claimed that he has co-written the story titled 'Condom Pyaar Ki Pehli Shart' with Gautam Prasad Shaw and it was registered with the Screen Writers Association in 2019.
He went on to talk about it with ETimes as he said,
Gautam had registered the script in his name in 2017. I had received the story from a director to improvise it further. In 2019, the said director liked my story and called Gautam and I to work together. We registered the story jointly in October 2019. Gautam pitched the story to Raaj in June 2020 and then Shaandilyaa announced the movie 'Janhit Mein Jaari' in November 2020.
Jeetendra claimed that he has filed a case with the Versova police and another compliant with SWA, which is pending a hearing. He has also informed that his co-writer is not with him in his fight on a copyright infringement case against Shaandilyaa. He said, "There are many aspiring writers who don't have resources to fight unethical practices in the Bollywood fraternity by established production houses.''
On his side, Shaandaliyaa said that they have already replied to them with a legal notice and made sure that everybody knows that they registered the story back in 2017.

Film is a flop anyway. If this is true the writer should take them to court
