The on-going season of 'Gumrah' has already given some jaw dropping and path-breaking cases and continues to do so. The current season hosted by Karan Patel will see some major shocking cases in the upcoming episodes too.

And one of the upcoming episodes is all set to portray a rare sight. While the protagonist/antagonist may be a male or female on different occasions, it is rare that we see a female portraying a police officer.

This will now be seen as dancer-actress, Mohena Singh is all set to play a cop in the upcoming episode of 'Gumrah'. Unlike sporting a quintessential cop with uniform, Mohena's look for the show is very trendy.

Also, she won't be just playing any cop, but portraying an ASP (Assistant Superintendent of Police) who will be a strict and no-nonsense person. The name of her character would be Sumedha Singh.

The actress was last seen in a cameo role in the show, 'Silsila Pyaar Ka' and has also been a part of various shows like 'Dil Dosti Dance' and 'Fear Files' among others.
