Bhushan Kumar reveals Sandeep Reddy Vanga's reaction to Animal's meme

Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal roared into theaters in December 2023, emerging as one of Bollywood's top-grossing films. While the movie garnered widespread love, it also sparked debates due to its content, with Vanga's responses adding fuel to the fire.

In a recent interview with Zoom, producer Bhushan Kumar shed light on Vanga's tendency to react strongly to criticism and memes surrounding Animal. Kumar revealed that he often advises Vanga not to let it affect him, emphasizing that the buzz, whether positive or negative, only boosts the film's popularity.

Despite the controversies, Animal has attained cult status, with anticipation already building for a sequel.

Kumar proudly announced the film's global gross of 900 crores, indicating its massive success. He affirmed, "People want to talk, let them talk; that doesn't bother us."

Kumar highlighted the positive impact of ongoing discussions surrounding the film, noting that it continues to attract attention on platforms like Netflix, often reclaiming a spot in the Top 10.

Recently, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap shared his insights on Animal during his daughter Aaliyah Kashyap's podcast. He praised the film's technical brilliance, predicting that its true impact will be recognized in the coming years.

Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is a gripping crime-action flick featuring a stellar cast including Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Triptii Dimri.
