One of the most popular and active housemates in the 'Bigg Boss Season 10' house, Manu Punjabi, had to make an emergency exit yesterday owing to the sudden demise of his mother.

Coincidentally, Manu's fiancee, Priya Saini, appeared on the weekend episode of the show, unknown to Manu and mentioned about several controversies pertaining Manu and Monalisa (Antara Biswas).

However, in the most unfortunate turn of events, Manu's mother passed away the same night in the late hours.

According to a leading news daily, Priya Saini mentioned that while she returned to her hotel room after the shoot of Salman Khan episode, she was informed late in the night about this unfortunate incident.

She said that his mother was in her late 70s and suffered a cardiac arrest, where she was rushed to the hospital. However, it was too late by the time they reached the hospital.

The biggest question as to whether Manu will return to the show was hanging in the balance.

However, Priya gave an answer to the same telling that, he will indeed return to the show in a few days.
