Ayushmann, Ananya, Nushrratt & others reunite for Raaj Shaandilyaa's birthday & 'Dream Girl 2' triumph

Bollywood converged in a dazzling spectacle last night as director Raaj Shaandilyaa celebrated his birthday in style. The famed creator of the 'Dream Girl' franchise marked his special day with an unforgettable bash, attended by a number of stars. The evening not only served as a celebration of the director's personal milestone but also as a reunion for the cast and crew of the recent blockbuster, "Dream Girl 2," which has taken the box office by storm.

The Dream Girl sequel, headlined by the talented Ayushmann Khurrana, made waves when it hit the theaters in August this year. The film, known for its quirky comedy and heartwarming storyline, has now proudly entered the coveted 100-crore club, further solidifying its place in Bollywood history. 

On this star-studded night, leading man Ayushmann Khurrana exuded his signature charm in a suave beige jacket, paired effortlessly with a crisp white t-shirt and sleek black trousers. Ananya Panday, a vision in an embellished lehenga, effortlessly stole the spotlight with her elegant off-shoulder blouse, a chic bun, and exquisite jewelry that left everyone enchanted.

But the real surprise of the evening was Nushrratt Bharuccha's presence. The actress, who had played the lead role in the original Dream Girl, rejoined the team for this momentous celebration. Nushrratt looked resplendent in an embroidered ethnic pant suit, her free-flowing hair adding an air of grace, and her classic winged-eyeliner look accentuating her natural beauty.

'Dream Girl 2' revolves around Karam, portrayed by Ayushmann Khurrana, a young man from the heartland of Mathura, who finds himself performing as a female character named Pooja at a nightclub. His motive? To clear his father's debts and marry his beloved, Pari Srivastava, essayed by the lovely Ananya Panday.

The film boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including veterans like Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, and many more, each adding their own unique flair to this romantic comedy.
