As 'Shaurya Aur...' goes off-air, Sooraj Thapar already bags another show

The fans of extremely popular show Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani continue to express their disbelief that their favorite show is indeed going off-air after only running for around 7 months.

And while, many actors would be on the search to find their next projects as soon as possible, one actor from the show already has it sealed and has been locked on for an upcoming show.

We are talking about actor Sooraj Thapar, who is a part of Shaurya Aur... and has now bagged another show. Reports suggest that Thapar has been roped in to play an important role in producers Shashi Mittal and Sumeet Mittal's upcoming show, which is also said to be a remake of a Bengali show.

Thapar will be seen playing the father to actor Shagun Pandey's character, who plays the male protagonist. Ashi Singh, who is best known for her role in Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai reunites with Shashi-Sumeet and will be seen playing the female protagonist.

The new show is still untitled and is said to be about Singh's character who aims to get an inspiration at her age.
