The buzz around IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack is off the charts after its OTT debut. This show, with its varied cast, narrates the gripping tale of the Indian Airlines Flight 814 hijacking. Numerous well-known actors have shared their admiration for the series, and now Arti Singh has shared her thoughts on Patralekha's performance.
On September 17, Arti Singh hopped on social media to drop a screenshot revealing that IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack snagged the top spot on Netflix for the week. In her post, she mentioned watching the series and having a great time with it.
Arti Singh wrote, “Well my first ever series that I watched at one go. U were fab. So natural. (Red heart emoji).”The Bollywood actress also reposted the story and expressed her gratitude.

For those who missed it, Patralekha plays the character of Indrani, a cabin crew member on board. The rest of the cabin crew ensemble features Aditi Gupta portraying Chhaya and Vijay Varma as Captain Sharan Dev, alongside others.
For those not in the know, IC 814: Kandahar Hijack, helmed by Anubhav Sinha, takes inspiration from the 2000 book Flight Into Fear: The Captain's Story penned by Captain Devi Sharan and journalist Srinjoy Chowdhury. This six-part series delves into the 1999 hijacking event that unfolded on an Indian Airlines flight traveling from Kathmandu to Delhi.
The show features Vijay Verma, Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Pankaj Kapur, Naseeruddin Shah, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Rajiv Thakur, Dia Mirza, Amrita Puri, Patralekhaa Paul, and more.
Meanwhile, when it comes to Arti Singh, she shot to fame through her appearance on Salman Khan's show Bigg Boss 13. Additionally, she has starred in various TV series like Maayka, Grihasti, and Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai. In her personal life, she recently got married to businessman Dipak Chauhan this year.
