Arjun Bijlani is a busy actor. He is currently juggling between his show Pyaar ka Pehla Adhyaya : Shiv Shakti, produced by Prateek Sharma and Parth Shah(Studio LSD), and Laughter Chefs, but whenever he gets some time, he makes sure to enjoy the monsoon season.

What is the best thing you love about the Monsoon season?

I love the monsoon! There's something magical about the sound of rain tapping on the window and the smell of fresh earth after a downpour. It feels like nature hitting the refresh button. I enjoy cozying up with a good book or watching a movie while sipping on hot chai. I occasionally have tea. And of course, nothing beats a long drive with soft rain drizzling outside with my family. It's just perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with myself.

What are your favourite songs for the monsoon?

It would definitely be some soulful and feel-good tracks. Like "Tum Mile" by Javed Ali for its romantic vibe, "Pehli Baarish" by Kailash Kher for its heartfelt lyrics, "Tum Se Hi" from "Jab We Met" to keep the energy up. It's all about creating a mood that fits the beautiful rainy days.

Monsoon is often associated with romance in Indian television. How do you create this romance with your co-stars?

My co-stars and I focus on being in the moment and really feeling our characters' emotions. The rain naturally adds a dreamy, cinematic feel, but it's our job to make those emotions believable. We often discuss scenes in detail, rehearse together, and find ways to make our interactions natural and heartfelt. It's about capturing those small, intimate moments that resonate with the audience. I remember when Nikki Sharma and I spent 7-8 hours shooting a romantic scene in heavy rain for Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti. The rain added a lovely touch to the scene where Shakti excitedly hugged Shiv after receiving her scholarship. Despite the challenges of shooting in such conditions, we embraced the unpredictability, which allowed our onscreen chemistry to flourish. It was an exhilarating and unforgettable experience that brought our characters to life. I'm sure it will stay in the hearts of our fans and viewers."

Arjun has done many other reality TV shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Khatron Ke Khiladi, Smart Jodi and others. He has been the winner of Khatron Ke Khiladi as well.
