Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli trek diaries: The cricketer carries Vamika on his shoulders in the cute pictures

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma started the year on a positive and cheerful note as they rang the new year in Dubai and then left to Vrindavan for seeking blessings at the ashram. 

They make an effort to spend quality time with each other and Vamika despite their busy schedules. To escape the commotion and stress of city life, the couple frequently travels together to calmer locations. Well, their images from Rishikesh's Swami Dayanand Giri Ashram became viral only yesterday. The couple is apparently taking a spiritual vacation.

Now Anushka took to her Instagram handle and dropped a bunch of blissful pictures from their trek amid nature. In one of the pictures, we can see Virat holding Vamika who is trying to touch the river water. The pictures are proof that the trio had a great time amidst the natural beauty of the woods. Sharing these photographs, Anushka wrote, "There’s a mountain in the mountains and there is no one at the top …"

In a photo that Virat Kohli posted, he and Anushka Sharma can be seen mid-hike. They are both facing the camera with their backs. Virat appears to be clad in a hoodie, tracksuit, sneakers, and a large backpack on his back. Vamika, his adorable kid, is being carried by him on his shoulders and appears to be enjoying the journey with her parents. Anushka is dressed entirely in black.  She is sporting a coat with a hood, tracksuit bottoms, and boots.

Yesterday, a few images of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma during their trip to Rishikesh went viral. The couple can be seen praying in the photos at Rishikesh's Swami Dayanand Giri Ashram. It is rumoured that Virat and Anushka will host a bhandara after taking part in open religious ceremonies at the ashram.
