Anupamaa: Prarthana confesses love to Ansh, but he rejects her proposal

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Preet feels the void left by Bharti's absence in the house and reminisces about her cheerful smile. Anupama, too, is troubled by Bharti's condition. Preet, emotional and anxious, questions why someone as devoted to God as Bharti must suffer so much. Anupama gently comforts her, encouraging her to remain hopeful. Preet, desperate to help, tries to secure a loan for Bharti's medical treatment but admits that the process isn't instant. Anupama reassures her and begins brainstorming ways to gather the required funds, especially since Preet is torn between paying the house rent and covering Bharti's hospital bills.

On the other hand, Prarthana apologises to Parag and opens up about the trauma she faced with Gautam, revealing that he repeatedly pressured her. She discloses that the child she's carrying belongs to Gautam. Gautam, however, dismisses her claims and accuses her of fabricating the story. Moti Baa lashes out at Prarthana, questioning her dignity in revealing such matters to Parag. But Prarthana stands firm, insisting she is telling the truth. Parag asks her to come back home, but she confesses her feelings for Ansh and declares she has no intention of returning. Khyati, witnessing the situation unfold, slyly comments that Anupama's strategy has worked once more, leaving Rahi stunned.

Meanwhile, Anupama joins Preet in praying earnestly for Bharti's recovery. Seeing her struggle, Sarita and other women from the chawl come forward to offer financial help. Anupama expresses deep gratitude for their kindness and plans to use the money for Bharti's medicines. Sarita sadly recalls how Bharti was joyful just a day ago, and now she's fighting for her life. Anupama assures her that divine help will arrive. Preet vows to visit Shri Siddhivinayak Temple once Bharti gets better.

Elsewhere, Moti Baa and Parag engage in a heated argument. Gautam, trying to justify himself, tells them that Prarthana is now in love with Ansh and that she has acknowledged her feelings. He even suggests that the baby could be Ansh's. This stuns Parag, who asks Gautam to leave if he chooses to. Moti Baa, fuming, threatens to leave the house herself if Gautam walks away. Parag is caught off-guard by this ultimatum.

At the same time, Prarthana has an emotional conversation with Ansh. She begs him not to misread her intentions, clarifying that she doesn't want to tie him down with obligations just because she's expecting. She admits her love for him but says she'd be content with just friendship if that's all he can offer. Ansh, burdened by responsibilities, tells her he can't offer anything beyond friendship. Prarthana accepts his decision with grace, valuing the friendship they share.

Back at the chawl, Anupama decides to sell her earrings to arrange immediate funds for Bharti's treatment. Preet is moved by Anupama's sacrifice. However, the landlord approaches them and demands the pending rent. Despite their pleas about Bharti's critical condition, he remains unmoved and threatens eviction. Thankfully, Anupama manages to arrange the money and pay the rent on time.

In another subplot, Ishani confronts Pakhi about some missing money. Pakhi confesses that she made a quick buck by selling off free product samples to a customer. Ishani panics, fearing that Meeta might discover the truth. But Pakhi brushes it off and shifts the focus to a rich boy whose contact she had earlier shared, urging Ishani to think ahead.

Later, Bharti regains consciousness and immediately asks about Sumit. Preet, disheartened, tells her the bitter truth — that Sumit abandoned her. But Bharti refuses to believe that Sumit could do such a thing.
