In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) is mesmerised by Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) as he plays the flute. With the song "Ankhon Ki Gustakhiyan" playing softly in the background, Anupama gazes at Anuj with admiration, subtly flirting with him without making it obvious. She writes "I love you" on an apple and leaves it for Anuj. He picks up the apple and takes a bite, unaware that Anupama is watching him from behind. When Anuj stumbles, Anupama anxiously calls out his name, but as he stumbles, a rose falls, and Anupama catches it, leaving her with a warm, happy feeling.

Meanwhile, Meenu requests Sagar to give her a ride to the hospital. Sagar feels nervous about Vanraj and Toshu, but eventually, Meenu convinces him. Sagar is moved when Meenu compliments him, calling him a good person. This leaves Sagar daydreaming about spending time with her.

On the other side, Toshu urges a friend to invest his money. Kinjal confronts Toshu, asking him if he is engaging in gambling. The two get into a heated argument, with Kinjal emphasising the importance of valuing money. Toshu responds by giving Kinjal a lecture on high society. Kinjal pleads with Toshu to find a job instead of resorting to shortcuts in life, but Toshu dismisses her concerns.

Meenu meets with an accident:

As Sagar and Meenu continue their auto journey towards college, Sagar notices Meenu's irritation and tries to calm her down. Meenu grows anxious about reaching the hospital in time, and Sagar reassures her. During their conversation, Sagar opens up about his past, revealing that he had been living at Aasha Bhawan since he was 10 years old. Their conversation is suddenly interrupted when someone nearly collides with their auto, narrowly avoiding an accident. Due to the sudden brake, Meenu gets hurt on her forehead. Sagar immediately steps in to help, tending to her injury. She notices the concern in his eyes as he cares for her.

Anupama misses a step on the stairs, causing her to fall. She struggles to stand up and cries out in pain. She calls for help, and Anuj, remembering Devika's mention of Anupama's leg injury, rushes to assist her. Anuj helps her stand. Sensing her discomfort, he gently lifts her into his arms and carries her to the room, where he carefully attends to her injury. Bala and Nandita observe this, hoping that Anuj and Anupama will reconcile. They reflect on the deep bond between Anuj and Anupama, reminiscing about their love story.

Anuj is triggered:

Anuj asks Anupama about her accident, while Bala and Nandita express their wishes for Anuj and Anupama to resolve their misunderstandings and reunite. Anupama explains that her accident happened on the same day as Anuj's and questions why he didn't come to see her. She reveals her efforts to find out about Anuj but says that her world crumbled in the process.

Anupama wonders if Anuj is holding her responsible for Aadhya's departure. This triggers Anuj's memories of Aadhya. Anupama presses Anuj further, asking how Ankush and Barkha managed to take his property. She demands answers from Anuj, but he silences her when she brings up Aadhya again. Anupama insists that Aadhya is alive and pleads for Anuj's help. As Anuj begins to walk away, their lockets become tangled together. Anuj plays the flute, and Anupama contemplates finding Aadhya. She again urges Anuj to answer her questions. Bala observes that Anuj is playing the flute to soothe his pain.
