Anupamaa: Anupama shields Anuj from a life-threatening attack

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Devika realizes she left her earpods at the café and rushes back to retrieve them. Meanwhile, Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) and Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) enjoy tea at a local stall. Pakhi (Muskan Bamne) contemplates Anupama's words, and Malti Devi (Apara Mehta) approaches her with a cold coffee, expressing her support for Samar's (Sagar Parekh) justice while cautioning against potential consequences.

Pakhi is determined not to forgive her mother if anything goes wrong. Malti Devi harbours her own protective thoughts about Anuj. Anupama confides in Anuj about her desire for justice for Samar and the peace it would bring her. Anuj reassures her and holds her hand, contemplating their future together. He promises that whatever the results will be, he'll stand by her. Suresh interrupts their moment, making a hurtful comment about their romance and the upcoming case hearing. Anupama throws her slipper at him, warning him not to misbehave. Anupama warns Suresh to behave in court or face her wrath, and Suresh departs, warning Anuj.

Kavya comforts Vanraj, who is distraught over losing one son and Toshu leaving their house. Vanraj expresses thoughts of ending his own life if Samar doesn't get justice. Baa, Babu ji, and Dimple look on concerned.

Anuj, Anupama, and Devika are in the car, but Anupama's fears lead to an imagined attack on Anuj by bikers. She insists they return home. At night, an attacker with a sword attempts to harm Anuj, but Anupama defends him. The police arrest the attacker and plan to make him reveal any connection to Suresh. Anupama and Anuj are told to rest while CCTV footage is monitored. Malti Devi pleads with Anupama not to let Anuj give a statement due to her fear of the same pain she experienced. Anuj firmly rejects her request. Pakhi questions Anupama's stance, but Anuj supports her. The family discusses their concerns, and Devika criticizes Malti Devi for her previous abandonment of Anuj. Malti Devi states that Anuj is Anupama's husband, but Anupama's seeming lack of concern bothers her.
