Anupamaa: Anupama faces anxiety as Adhya's past trauma threatens to resurface

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Adhya faces accusations of intentionally harming Dimple. Dolly blames Adhya while Meenu and Kinjal stand by her. Leela, in her frustration, threatens Adhya, stating that if anything happens to Dimple, she won't forgive her. Despite Dolly's relentless accusations, Adhya pleads with Anupama to believe her, insisting that what happened was purely an accident. But Dolly continues to claim Adhya is pretending and is directly responsible for Dimple's situation.

Suddenly, Adhya collapses in Anupama's arms. Anupama then intervenes, asking Dolly to stop her accusations and declaring her faith in Adhya. She emphasizes that instead of blaming Adhya, their focus should be on praying for Dimple's recovery.

Anupama becomes restless:

Leela blames the veneration ritual for the current situation, while Dolly continues to hold Adhya accountable for Dimple's condition. Despite this, Leela offers her support to Adhya. Pakhi, on the other hand, criticises Leela, accusing her of siding with Adhya simply because she's living with Anupama. She also expresses concern for Ansh's wellbeing. Leela expresses her desire to return to her own home, but Toshu also joins in, pointing fingers at Adhya for Dimple's condition.

Later, the doctor informs Anupama that Adhya fainted due to the overwhelming shock. He also warns that this incident might trigger memories of Adhya's past trauma. This news disturbs Anupama, as she begins to worry about both Adhya and Ansh. Unable to contain her distress, Anupama becomes restless. Kinjal tries to reassure her, reminding Anupama to stay strong for everyone. Sagar and Meenu echo Kinjal's sentiments, telling Anupama that she is their pillar of strength and can handle the situation.

Anupama attempts to reach out to Anuj:

As Anupama grapples with the fact that everyone is blaming Adhya, Meenu mentions that Dolly is only targeting Adhya because of Anupama's unwavering support for her. Anupama firmly tells Meenu that Dolly needs to stop these accusations and instructs her, Sagar, and Kinjal to refrain from informing Hasmuk about the situation. Anupama's concerns also extend to Ansh, who is deeply troubled about Dimple's condition.

Meanwhile, Ansh anxiously approaches Ishani, who informs him of Dimple's deteriorating health. Mahi suggests that Ansh checks on Dimple himself. Anupama attempts to reach out to Anuj but is unsuccessful. At the same time, Dolly accuses Anupama of neglecting Dimple by staying with Adhya instead of being at the hospital. Pakhi openly criticises Anupama's decisions, while Toshu contemplates getting signatures on some documents. Dolly becomes resolute in her decision to send Adhya to jail and insists that Toshu file a police complaint.

Leela and Anupama mourn the loss of Dimple:

In a heart-wrenching moment, Ansh asks Anupama if Dimple is going to leave him forever. Anupama tries to comfort Ansh, Mahi, Ishani, and Pari, while still trying to reach Anuj. Eventually, Anupama receives the devastating news of Dimple's passing and breaks down in tears. Ansh seeks answers from Titu about Dimple, but Titu is too emotional to respond. Meenu and Nandita lead Ansh away while Titu struggles to contain his emotions.

Anuj arrives at his hotel and contemplates calling Anupama. Meanwhile, Kinjal becomes anxious about how to break the news of Dimple's death to Ansh. Leela and Anupama mourn the loss of Dimple, and Titu is left devastated by the tragic event. Kinjal and Bala step in to support Titu, while Ansh continues to ask about Dimple, desperate for answers.
