Anupamaa: Adhya suffers panic attack, Ansh comforts her

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anupama reassures Adhya not to worry, as Anuj will return soon. However, Adhya suffers a panic attack and refuses to take her medication. Ansh steps in and helps her take the medicine. Afterwards, Adhya expresses regret to Ansh, asking him not to despise her and pleading with him not to hold her responsible for Dimple's death. Ansh shares his pain, mentioning that Dimple left him, just as Vanraj did, and begs Adhya not to abandon him. He encourages her to recover quickly.

Anupama anxiously awaits Anuj's arrival, hopeful that once he returns, he and Adhya will celebrate the upcoming festivals together. In a separate moment, Ansh talks about Dussehra, while Adhya believes her innocence will be proven by then. Meanwhile, Titu makes a decision to return to Mumbai, asking Leela to care for Ansh until he comes back to get him. An emotional Anupama witnesses this. At the same time, Toshu, Pakhi, and Dolly come up with a plan.

Adhya disappears from the Asha Bhawan:

Adhya apologises to Titu, urging him not to blame her for Dimple's death. Titu tries to comfort her, asking her to be there for Ansh, as he seems to only listen to her after Vanraj's departure and Dimple's passing . He requests that Adhya take care of Ansh in his absence. When Adhya asks why he is returning to Mumbai, Titu explains that the memories of Dimple haunt him, though he promises to keep an eye on Ansh from a distance. Adhya reassures Titu that she will take good care of Ansh.

Toshu, on the other hand, schemes to get Anupama's signature on some documents. As Anupama lights a lamp in Dimple's memory, the police arrive to question her regarding Adhya's involvement in Dimple's death. Anupama insists that Dimple's death was accidental and is stunned when she discovers that Dolly was the one who filed the complaint. The police demand to see Adhya, but Anupama defends her, claiming Adhya's innocence. Pakhi, Toshu, and Dolly challenge Anupama, asking what she would do if Adhya is found guilty. Anupama reluctantly vows to take Adhya to the police station if her guilt is proven. Overhearing this conversation, Adhya is heartbroken to learn that Anupama might not fully believe her and starts to worry that only Anuj will trust her.

Anupama pleads with the authorities to take Adhya's fragile mental state into consideration, but they press her to bring Adhya forward. In the meantime, Adhya disappears. Dolly accuses her of being responsible for Dimple's death, further distressing Anupama, who grows increasingly frantic trying to locate her. Unable to get through to Anuj, she remains worried, unaware that Ankush has spiked Anuj's drink. As Adhya runs away, fearing Anupama's intentions, she waits for Anuj, convinced that he will stand by her.
