Anupamaa: Anupama confesses her love for Anuj, admitting she hasn't moved on

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) attempts to prevent Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) from confronting Shruti (Sukirti Kandapl). Anuj challenges Shruti, questioning her intentions towards Anupama. Shruti requests a private conversation, but Anuj insists on discussing everything openly due to the public humiliation Anupama endured. Vanraj and Leela criticise Anuj for creating a scene, prompting him to reveal that Shruti hired Smith to trouble Anupama, leading to the closure of Spice and Chutney. Anuj explains that Anupama's silence was due to her concern for Dimple, Shruti, and Aadhya. Vanraj inquires how Anuj discovered the truth.

Anuj reveals that he overheard Yashdeep and Anupama's conversation. Yashdeep decides to confront Shruti, acknowledging Anupama's selfless help. Shruti admits to hiring Smith out of jealousy towards Anupama, feeling insecure due to Anuj's actions. Shruti claims she only intended to shut down Spice and Chutney, not realising the situation would escalate. Devika questions Shruti's maturity.

Anuj breaks off his engagement with Shruti because of her actions against Anupama. Anupama urges Anuj to reconsider, emphasising Aadhya's well-being. Despite Anupama's plea, Anuj remains resolute. Devika supports Anuj's decision, but Anupama reprimands her. Aadhya begs Anuj not to end the engagement.

Anupama confesses her love:

Vanraj asserts that Anuj always intended to end his engagement with Shruti, never moving past Anupama. He sympathises with Shruti, who admits that Anuj and Anupama are destined for each other. She acknowledges that Anuj would never have been happy with her. Aadhya continues to plead with Anuj, while Leela suggests they return to their hotel. Devika insists that Anuj and Shruti resolve their issues. Vanraj agrees, suggesting they handle it at their place. Shruti questions Anupama's feelings for Anuj, asking her to swear on Aadhya. Anupama is taken aback and ultimately confesses her love for Anuj. Vanraj instructs Paritosh to check on Yashdeep. Anupama declares she has moved on without Anuj.
