In a newly released promo, Star Plus addresses the swirling rumours, officially revealing the much-anticipated generation leap. The promo showcases Rupali Ganguly as Anupamaa, Alisha Parveen as the grown-up Adhya, and introduces Shivam Khajuria as Prem, Adhya's love interest. However, it leaves fans wondering about Anuj's fate. As the story approaches the leap, it will be intriguing to see how events unfold leading up to this major shift.

In the current storyline, Adhya is accused of being responsible for Dimple's death, while Anuj remains unaware of the unfolding events. Anupama makes every effort to prove Adhya's innocence, but Adhya misinterprets her actions, believing that Anupama is siding with those trying to have her arrested. Meanwhile, the Shah family pushes for Adhya's immediate arrest, holding her accountable for the tragedy.
