Anupamaa: Anuj expresses his willingness to wait for Anupama

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Aadhya hints that Sagar and Meenu will be next on the list. Ansh steps in, asking them to perform a romantic dance. Aadhya playfully questions if Ansh truly understands romance and tells Sagar and Meenu to dance to any song. They hesitate initially, but Anupama encourages them to take the floor. As they begin, Dolly watches in disbelief, and surprisingly, she is the only one who claps, leaving everyone in shock.

Aadhya then calls out Anupama and Anuj's names, urging them to dance together. Anupama refuses at first, but Anuj persists, and they end up dancing. During the performance, Aadhya envisions them as the iconic couple, Raj and Simran. Once the dance ends, everyone showers them with compliments. Anuj seizes the moment and recites a poem, hoping to win Anupama's heart, which leaves her visibly surprised.

Later, Anuj assists Anupama in her prayers. She prays for everyone, while Anuj cheekily asks God to look after him as well. He also silently hopes his wishes come true. The two share a tender moment while feeding the birds, sharing coffee, and enjoying nature together. During one of these moments, they accidentally get close, leading Anuj to snap a selfie. He humorously decides to start taking selfies daily. Anuj then confesses his deep feelings for Anupama, leaving her restless.

Sagar and Nandita, on the other hand, tease Anuj, joking that he will never win over Anupama. Anuj counters, expressing that he believes she will eventually accept his proposal. He mentions that as a true romantic from the '90s, he values patience and is willing to wait for her.

Meanwhile, Toshu, frustrated, demands that the Shah family start contributing financially, stating that no one should live for free. Kinjal tries to calm him down, but Leela becomes furious at his attitude. Titu intervenes, asking Toshu to stop disrespecting Leela. Toshu turns his focus to Titu, asking him to pitch in as well. Dimple agrees they will contribute but makes it clear they expect their share in return.

Toshu then turns to Dolly, insisting that she too should contribute. Dolly agrees to pitch in but makes it clear that she believes everyone should contribute fairly, and that each person’s share of the house should be equal. She demands her portion of the money that the builder distributed to everyone, revealing that she has already met with the builder and obtained details about the advances given to Toshu, Pakhi, and Dimple. Dolly makes it clear that as his bua, she is always two step ahead and expects her rightful share. Toshu is taken aback by her demand. Dolly firmly warns him that if he fails to give her what she’s entitled to, she won’t let him off the hook easily.

At Asha Bhawan, as Aadhya walks through the house, she spots Sagar’s books, and a wave of nostalgia hits her. She reflects on her previous aversion to school and now longs for the routine she once avoided. Noticing her daughter’s emotional state, Anupama offers Aadhya a blank notebook, encouraging her to start studying again and reminding her that there’s no need for a perfect moment to begin something important. Anupama reassures her, telling her to focus on revision and prays for her success. Moved by her mother’s support, Aadhya begins to write, contemplating a return to school. Anupama watches with pride, while Anuj, observing from afar, feels the weight of his fatherly responsibilities and shares a meaningful glance with Anupama. Meanwhile, Dolly offers to take Meenu to the hospital, and as they leave, she throws a sarcastic remark at Sagar's profession. Sagar and Meenu, in response, resolve to stand up for their love. 

As Anupama prepares to leave, Anuj calls her over. She is taken aback by his decision to return to his office, dressed in a simple shirt, and trousers.
