Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone & Prabhas unveil the release date of 'Project K' on Maha Shivratri

On the ocassion of Mahashivratri the cast members of 'Project K', Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas took to their respective social media handles and announced the release date of the much-awaited film.The film will hit the big screens on 12th January 2024. 

While he revealed the Project K release date on Instagram, Prabhas and other cast members also shared the new Project K poster. It depicts a large hand-like object with one finger pointing forward. Against a backdrop of dust, we can also make out three individuals shooting at that hand. In fact, the poster has a futuristic vibe. The world is waiting, according to the poster. The actor also wished Maha Shivaratri to his fans by sharing this poster. Even Vyjayanthi Movies released the movie's poster and sent their best wishes to all the followers on Mahashivratri.

On 5th January this year, which marked Deepika Padukone's birthday, makers also revealed her first-look poster.In the poster, we can see a silhouette of a woman standing in the sunlight. With short hair and dress like a warrior, the poster looks quite intriguing with the caption, 'A hope in the dark'.

Project K is helmed by Nag Ashwin and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies. The film is touted to be a science-fiction drama and is reportedly made with a massive budget of around 500 crores. Bollywood actress Disha Patani will also have a substantial role in the film, while megastar Amitabh Bachchan will also have a significant and lengthy role.
