Ameeta Nangia in Rajan Shahi's next on Imagine

Ameeta Nangia, who made her mark in Indian television and Bollywood  by portraying diverse characters in shows like Tara, Ek Chabhi Hai Pados Main, Saath Phere and recently in Zee TV's Ek Veer Stree ki Kahaani Jhansi Ki Rani, will play an important role in Rajan Shahi's next on Imagine.

Tellybuzz had reported about  Rajan Shahi's Director's Kut coming up with a show on Imagine. Set against a Delhi background,the female lead will be a fashion designer and the male lead, an aspiring actor. Ameeta Nangia will play the mother to the female lead in the show. She will play a modern mother, very practical, likes to dress well, a socialite and a show off.

We contacted Ameeta Nangia who confirmed the news, "Yes I am playing the mother. It is actually a character which is very similar to me in real life. I can't divulge much details now."
