Amar Singh Chamkila actress Parineeti Chopra has THIS request for Diljit Dosanjh and Imtiaz Ali

Parineeti Chopra wowed audiences with her performance in the movie Amar Singh Chamkila earlier in 2024. She portrayed the character of Amarjot Kaur in the biographical drama directed by Imtiaz Ali, alongside Diljit Dosanjh. Recently, Parineeti got nostalgic and asked Diljit and Imtiaz if they could film it again.

On September 30, 2024, Parineeti Chopra shared a post on her Instagram Stories featuring old footage of the real Amar Singh Chamkila and Amarjot Kaur performing their song Pehle Lalkare live. In response, Parineeti wrote, “Ufff (two-pink heart emoji).”

Tagging her co-star Diljit Dosanjh and director Imtiaz Ali, the actress asked, “Can we shoot the film again?” Imtiaz re-shared Parineeti’s post, using laughing emojis to express his amusement.

The movie Amar Singh Chamkila premiered on Netflix on April 12, 2024. Prior to its release, Parineeti shared a heartfelt note on her Instagram, expressing her gratitude for the team's efforts. She stated, “I’m immensely thankful for Chamkila.”

Showering love on Imtiaz Ali, Diljit Dosanjh, and AR Rahman, Parineeti continued, “@imtiazaliofficial sir, your direction was unparalleled; you truly led the ship with finesse. Meanwhile, on the personal side, Parineeti Chopra celebrated her first wedding anniversary with her husband Raghav Chadha on September 24, 2024. The couple enjoyed a beach getaway together. In a romantic post for the special occasion, Parineeti wrote, “Ragaii - I don’t know what I did in my past life and this one to deserve you.” She also wished him a happy anniversary and wondered why they hadn’t met sooner.
