Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi and Guru Randhawa have come together once again for 'Dance Meri Rani', the duo in a recent interview with a news portal exclusively speaks about first song Nach Meri Rani, having to deal with trolls, mental health, and more. Excerpts:

Many social media users don't have faces. They don't reveal their true identity, we don't know who exactly these people are. And often, Nora, even you get trolled a lot.

No, I don't get trolled a lot. I don't want to say that about my audience or my fans. Not just the fans but also the Indian audience have been so accepting of me and so supportive and loving. And not just the Indian audience but even my global audience whether they're Moroccans, whether they're north Africans or east Africans, I have a huge fan base and even people who are not my fans but they see what I do, they're supportive. So I don't think I get trolled as often as other people do. It could be worse, I always say that. But the usual trolling happens to everybody and it's okay, everybody goes through that and it's just the part of the territory, it's a part of the job but I'm very grateful that I've been spared by the real trolls. I've been really grateful, people have been very supportive.

Sometimes it can also affect the artistes' mental health. If you criticize them so much, after a point, they give up. We actually read comments, we go through things and we see a lot of analytics; and we see that some trolling does happen.

It's normal. Can you tell me one artiste in India who doesn't get trolled. If Amitabh Bachchan sir can get trolled, we are nobody. Shah Rukh Khan sir is king for us, all the Moroccans die for Shah Rukh Khan, if he can get trolled, we're nothing. All artists are vulnerable to getting trolled, it's normal. It doesn't mean we're less or our work is less, it doesn't mean we're less talented or our stardom is less, but it comes with the territory. I don't focus on the comments that you guys are reading, I focus on a lot of positivity I get in support and upliftment. If you see one comment, I see 50 good comments. So that is what I focus on otherwise I wouldn't be here today.

But also the first song 'Naach Meri Rani', the way it was shot during the lockdown and the way that song came out, it was really ruling the charts. It was a super hit song.

Nora: The first day 'Naach Meri Rani' was released, so many people were like, 'It's an okay song, it's fine.' They were so cynical. After one week they were the same people who were bursting with the song all day in their house and dancing to it. Music takes some time to pick up.

Guru Randhawa: Everything takes time to pick up, even a relationship, a child's birth, you have to wait for nine months to see the results and then also you don't know whether it's a boy or a girl.

Nora: I'll speak for myself, when 'Naach Meri Rani' came to me first, I was like, 'It's an okay song', I'm not gonna lie. When I rehearsed with it and went on set, I was like, 'No, this is a banger' and I listen to it every day now.

On the work front, Nora will be seen giving a special appearance in the song Manike Mage Hithe remake from the upcoming Hindi language comedy film Thank God, written and directed by Indra Kumar.

She left her fans swooning over her dance moves in the song Kusu Kusu from the film Satyameva Jayate 2.
