Alia Bhatt reveals Riddhima Kapoor is the ultimate gossiper; says she knows more than Ranbir

The latest season of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives has introduced new personalities like Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Shalini Passi, and Kalyani Saha Chawla. This fresh lineup creates a fun rivalry between Mumbai and Delhi, leading to a playful new title: Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives. Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, the daughter of the late Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, makes her reality TV debut after a successful career as an entrepreneur, all while upholding her family's film legacy, which includes her brother Ranbir Kapoor and sister-in-law Alia Bhatt.

Amidst the promotional excitement for the show, Alia Bhatt expressed her affection for Riddhima. In a voice note shared with Galatta India, Alia playfully called Riddhima the family’s top gossip queen. She characterized her sister-in-law as the one who has all the latest news and frequently shares the most intriguing gossip, which nearly always proves to be accurate. Alia shared, “If there’s anyone who knows all the khabar in the world, it’s Riddhima. She casually drops the biggest gossip bombs, and her track record is flawless. She even knows more than Ranbir!”

Alia also noted that Riddhima is not only an excellent gossiper but also a wonderfully kind and caring individual. “She’s the most fabulous bua (aunt) to Raha. Thanks to Riddhima, I find myself doing ‘Uma Joshi ye ye ye’ at least 20 times a day,” Alia quipped. Expressing her gratitude, Alia added that Riddhima is more than just a sister-in-law—she’s like a sister. “I feel so blessed to have her in my life.”

Riddhima, for her part, shared how she has a natural and effortless connection with Alia “Nothing is forced upon us. The love happened very naturally,” she said.

She also discussed her brother Ranbir's strong relationship with his daughter Raha, mentioning how his face brightens whenever he sees her. Riddhima noted that he transforms into a completely different person in her presence. Additionally, she shared that Raha cutely refers to her as “booha” while she is still learning to say bua.
