Alia Bhatt & Manish Malhotra unveil 'Rani Ki Sarees' from 'RRKPK' with the aim of a noble cause

The much-talked-about pairing of Alia Bhatt and renowned designer Manish Malhotra is set to take a glamorous philanthropic turn. Following the buzz around Alia's elegant sarees in 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' and her captivating promotional looks, the dynamic duo is gearing up to unveil a special collection on August 11. The exciting collaboration between the talented actress and the fashion maestro aims to combine style with a noble cause.

Alia Bhatt will be launching this exclusive collection on Manish Malhotra's official website as well as through MiSu, her innovative closet-sharing initiative dedicated to charity.

In an enthusiastic announcement, Alia expressed her heartfelt connection to this project. The note read, “MiSu, my wardrobe-sharing initiative, focused on recycling and keeping clothes from landfills is launching its 13th edition - which is really special to me. There's been so much love for my sarees in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani that Manish and I have been working closely together to ensure that all the sarees that I have worn while promoting the film, reach you, my dear Ranis. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these sarees will go towards preventive and promotive healthcare of vulnerable women and children through SNEHA. Apart from her fashion venture, Alia Bhatt's acting prowess has also been in the spotlight. Her performance in 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' has garnered acclaim, with the film helmed by Karan Johar and co-starring Ranveer Singh amassing a notable box office collection. 

Looking ahead, Alia Bhatt is set to make her Hollywood debut with 'Heart of Stone,' slated for release on Netflix on August 11, 2023. Additionally, she's gearing up for an untitled spy movie under the YRF banner. She will also be a part of Farhan Akhtar's film 'Jee Le Zaraa' with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif.
